1. What should I do if my item was purchased online, is defective and this is within the warranty period?

If your item is defective within the warranty period, please contact the Transa workshop in Altstetten using the form to accept the repair order. Transa is the official repair center and contact for WILI WILI TREE warranty cases in Switzerland.


2. Who is responsible for accepting the order to repair items from an online order?

The Transa workshop in Altstetten is responsible for accepting orders for the repair of items from our online store.

3. What should I do if the item is still within the warranty period?

If the item is defective and still within the warranty period, the customer can fill out the online form and send it directly to the Transa workshop in Altstetten. Transa will clarify with WILI WILI TREE whether it is a warranty claim or whether it is a repairable defect. In the event of a warranty claim, WILI WILI TREE will cover the costs. If the warranty is rejected, the customer can decide for himself whether he wants to have the product repaired. Transa will prepare a corresponding offer.

 

4 What happens if the item is no longer within the warranty period?

If the item is no longer within the warranty period, an external repair will be necessary. The cost of the repair, including postage, will be charged to the customer.


5. How does the repair process work at Wili Wili Tree in cooperation with the Transa workshop in Altstetten?

The repair process at WILI WILI TREE is carried out in cooperation with Transa, whereby Transa is responsible for the acceptance and repair of the items.


6. What expertise does WILI WILI TREE have in connection with repairs?

WILI WILI TREE coordinates and handles repairs in cooperation with Transa and is responsible for resolving warranty claims.
